Do you know that annoying voice in your head who is surfacing in all the wrong moments? As a result, you find yourself fighting for your sanity and have to make an enormous mental effort to clear it, thinking passionately in a haste to more pleasant situations, just to get rid of it because is either disgusting or stupid. It just has nothing to do with you or with your current situation. When you finally have some of your thoughts in order and just when you’re about to smile a little in the silence of your good conclusions, this voice pops out from nowhere and speaks you a very clear message about a very dangerous situation, blowing all your conclusions and your stillness. Is worse when you get detailed images about obnoxious events – intrusive thoughts, and you know is not you thinking like that.
That is your self-idiot. Is a mental strength tester, is nothing more than a teacher with a midterm paper test complex or mania, it comes up if you have too much free time or when you complicate your thinking. But it doesn’t ask permission or waits for reasons, in case you are searching for a pattern. If is hard to control it, you might need to have an honest and kind talk with yourself and further your mental workout. If you can clear it with a gentile “fuck off”, please help me. How do you do that?
